Your choices

Essential technologies support website features, security, spam protection and remembering cookie choices. Optional Statistics and Marketing begin off. Use Accept, Reject or Preferences on the banner. Use Cookie Settings to reopen the controls and change your selection. Inquiry fields and phone links remain available when optional categories are rejected. Browser cookie controls can also remove stored cookies; removing consent cookies may cause the banner to ask again.

Essential services

Complianz presents the consent controls and records selected categories. WordPress supports the site and authenticated administration. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate form use from automated abuse, and Cloudflare security services may process browser, connection and challenge information. These services are separate from optional advertising measurement.

Statistics

With Statistics permission, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand website use. It can use first-party identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions, and receives technical and interaction information. Google Tag Manager is the configured tag delivery mechanism. Our inquiry measurement implementation excludes contact details and incident text from its permitted event payloads.

Marketing and inquiry attribution

With Marketing permission, supported incident-response forms read permitted UTM parameters and Google click identifiers from the current landing-page URL. The page capture code does not save them to localStorage, sessionStorage or a separate attribution cookie. Supported source information accompanies an inquiry for intake and campaign attribution. Not every campaign parameter has a verified CRM storage destination. Phone-link clicks, where measurement is enabled, indicate engagement rather than a confirmed call or qualified lead.

Processing an inquiry

Submitting a form sends the information you enter to the website and its intake services, including n8n automation and Zoho CRM. Those server-side records are separate from browser cookies and are not removed by changing cookie choices. See the Privacy Policy for inquiry handling and contact information. Please do not enter credentials, evidence files or sensitive case materials into public forms.

Consent and analytics cookies

Complianz uses first-party cmplz_ cookies to remember banner status, policy version, category choices and consent signals. Consent storage may last for a browsing session or for the configured duration of 365 days. Google Analytics cookies, when Statistics is permitted, may include _ga and _ga_FCSKP117HR. Google’s default duration is two years, subject to service settings and browser limits. These durations describe consent and analytics storage, not how long inquiry records are retained.

You can change choices using the persistent Cookie Settings control. Removing cookies in your browser may cause the site to ask for your choices again.
